Dans une situation d&#8217;urgence, un enfant fait le signe SOS pour obtenir l&#8217;aide de la police. Comment les enfants sont-ils prot\u00e9g\u00e9s ou peuvent-ils se prot\u00e9ger eux-m\u00eames lorsque d&#8217;autres instances ne le permettent pas ?
